Sunny's friend comes to Bombay to visit him, but is ragged by Nisha's girl gang due to a misunderstanding. He is a successful millionaire in Shimla and takes care of his friend's daughter Nisha (Reena Roy). Rammlal has now changed his identity to 'Manoharlal'.
